The Order of Air Voyagers for Intrepid Wizards was an organisation. They inducted Gilderoy Lockhart as a member after he reached the African city of Ouagadougou on broomstick. However, Lockhart's membership certificate may have been forged by someone with a poor knowledge of geography and English language, as it described Ouagadougou as "the furthest most [sic] point in Siberia." The Grand Council certified memberships for this organisation.
