The Australia Series was a documentary series about Australia by seasoned documentarian Laurence Wakefield.[1] It aired on British television in 1997.[2] Its narrator described something "three and a half thousand kilometers along [the continent's] east coast" during one episode.[2]
Mr. and Mrs. Granger were watching this programme and admiring the Australian scenery seconds before their daughter cast a False Memory Charm on them, making them want to move there.[2]
Radio Times ran an article about this series and its creator in the summer in 1997, describing it as "breathtaking."[1]
