The Australia Series was a documentary series about Australia by seasoned documentarian Laurence Wakefield.[1] It aired on British television in 1997.[2] Its narrator described something "three and a half thousand kilometres along [the continent's] east coast" during one episode.[2]
Mr and Mrs Granger were watching this programme and admiring the Australian scenery seconds before their daughter modified their memories, making them want to move there.[2]
Radio Times ran an article about this series and its creator in the summer of 1997, describing it as "breathtaking."[1]
Behind the scenes[]
- The narration for this documentary heard in Harry Potter and the Deathly Hallows: Part 1 is most likely referring to the Great Dividing Range, an approximately three thousand five hundred kilometre mountain range on the eastern Australia coast.
