Teresa Mahoney is a British actress. She started her career in 2006 and has since done a lot of film work. She plays a British politician muggle called Sofie in the film adaptation of Harry Potter and the Half-Blood Prince and witnesses the Death Eater attack on the Millennium Bridge.
