Tentaclifors is the incantation of a transformation jinx that transfigures the head of the targeted witch or wizard into a tentacle[1].
Harry Potter had this jinx used on him sometime in either the 1995-1996 school year or the 1996–1997 school year at Hogwarts School of Witchcraft and Wizardry, by an unnamed student[1].
