Ten-Second Pimple Vanisher as shown in Harry Potter Wizard's Collection
The Ten-Second Pimple Vanisher comes in a small pink pot and is excellent on anything from boils to pimples and to blackheads. Its purpose is to immediately eliminate extreme face acne. Twins Fred and George Weasley invented it, and sold it at Weasleys' Wizard Wheezes as part of their WonderWitch line of products.[1]
Presumably, as Marietta Edgecombe was unable to remove her pimples and had to wait until they had faded, the pimple vanisher did not work on the pimples created by Hermione's spell or Fred and George refused to sell it too her.
