  • Not that I don't think the line is great, it just contradicts a concept that Dumbledore puts forward very strongly in the sixth book. Harry is told by an anxious Dumbledore (a very rare emotion for the latter) that he does have the choice to walk away from the Prophecy's prediction. The "you have no choice" line in the film blows that idea out of the water.--Yin&Yang 12:10, November 28, 2009 (UTC)
  • I agree with Yin&Yang, This line spoils the concept of book.Remusblack 17:14, December 10, 2009 (UTC)
  • Agreed. That's what happens when idiots try to improve perfectly good books with some corny quote for the movie.
  • I think its fine. I mean, every quote on here is completely clever and creative. You have my support! (*Luna 22:53, November 29, 2010 (UTC))
  • it's good enough for u to have my support
  • I'm too much of a firm believer that everything is a choice.
  • While not a bad quote on its own, I feel it runs contrary to one of the book's most important themes. - Nick O'Demus 13:33, February 5, 2013 (UTC)

  • I don't know, the quote is ok, but the whole conversation, the fact that Dudley was hearing Harry say things in his sleep, makes me feel like it was more a dig on Dudley's part then Harry's.--BachLynn(Send an Owl!) 20:57, August 13, 2011 (UTC)

Dudley Dursley: "I know what day it is."
Harry Potter: "Well done. So you've finally learned the days of the week."
