First Nations and Wolves

For anyone starting a behind the scenes research on how Native Americans view wolves, this would be a good start. [1]

Going to repeat that Wolfe is a British surname famous in history and that many First Nations had British (usually Scottish) or French Canadian surnames without corresponding ancestry. Can repeat my dad's self serving theory over why it happened - that when they were told to get surnames some chose the name of someone they respected (a decent person, rather than someone they despised) - which may or may not be the truth.
