I think she is Hannah Abbott. Just because two characters were played by the same actress, it doesn't make them twins. Another theory is that she is Susan Bones.

Can we assume that the actress listed is not the unidentified hufflepuff girl. The headshots of "Siobhan Ellen Williams" looks nothing like the Hufflepuff girl. On IMDb, Williams is stated as "Dumbledore's Army Member/Gryffindor Pupil".. there is no specification of her being a Hufflepuff Student. Theophilius2 (talk) 14:11, October 11, 2020 (UTC)

I'm not 100% sure about the screenshots, someone else added them to the articles, but the actress's Casting Agency Page mentions her playing two characters:

Updated Actress[]
After some digging and re-watching scenes of Order of The Phoenix & Deathly Hallows, I think I've finally found the correct actress to this image. It is NOT Siobhan Ellen Williams, I do not know where that information came from. Comparing the girl to Siobhan's face image by image, they do not match up (especially the nose as this actress' is upturned- Siobhan's downward). Instead, I (fully) believe it is Emma-Jayne Corboz, the actress who played a Hufflepuff extra in Deathly Hallows (according to the image sources of Susan Bones).
