Just wondering, what is the source of the 1997 articles? Were they on Rowling's website? Or in the movie? Agent0042 16:16, March 18, 2011 (UTC)
I, too, was wondering what evidence there was as to the 1997 articles, as there is no "Notes and References" or "Appearances" section. Hopefully someone can answer this question soon, and if by September 10 there is no response I will be deleting all of the 1997 articles except those the books explicitly state to have occured. If people can provide a source for the other ones then fine, but otherwise, they'll just get deleted again. 184.108.40.206 18:28, August 16, 2012 (UTC)
- The 1997 articles come from the PC version of Harry Potter and the Deathly Hallows: Part 1 (video game), which is a perfectly valid canon source, as per our canon policy. -- 19:29, August 16, 2012 (UTC)
- About what "220.127.116.11" said, I think that no one (principally indefinite wikia user) has the right to delete too many things like he said, without to discuss them before and, if necessary, make a voting about it. Andre G. Dias (talk) 19:55, April 5, 2014 (Brazil)
- I have read a script of the film Harry Potter and the Deathly Hallows: Part 1, and at the part where the Trio go to talk to Xenophilius Lovegood about the Deathly Hallows, it is written: "As Lovegood steps to the wheezing press, the trio glance at past QUIBBLERS laying about: MUGGLE MURDERS RISE, DOZENS DIE AS DEATH EATERS ATTACK, HARRY IN HIDING, WHERE IS THE CHOSEN ONE? YOU-KNOW-WHO CLAIMS ANOTHER VICTIM: QUIDDITCH WORLD CUP CANCELLED AMID DEATH THREATS." I think the phrases in majuscule letters are headlines/titles of The Quibbler. If this is truth/canon, should this be added to this text? Andre G. Dias (talk) 20:09, April 5, 2014 (Brazil)
