Surely this section is wrong? It lists the Quidditch Cup as being awarded to Gryffindor for the 1991-1992 year, when we know Gryffindor were creamed in their match against Ravenclaw, and didn't win until 1993-1994.Triof 20:47, August 16, 2010 (UTC)
Where in the books (or anywhere else really) does it say Bletchley and Warrington are still on the team in HBP?
Some oddities in the years and players Edit
Hey, I have always been interested in the Slytherin Quidditch Team, so I made a Microsoft Excel page to look at the players and their positions, and there seems to be a fair amount of guesswork here. According to what is written, this is the chart for the team from books one to six.
|Chaser 1||Marcus Flint||Marcus Flint||Marcus Flint||Adrian Pucey||Urquhart|
|Chaser 2||Adrian Pucey||Adrian Pucey||Graham Montague||Graham Montague||Vaisey|
|Chaser 3||?||?||C. Warrington||C. Warrington||Blaise Zabani|
|Beater 1||?||?||Peregrine Derrick||Vincent Crabbe||Vincent Crabbe|
|Beater 2||?||?||Lucian Bole||Gregory Goyle||Gregory Goyle|
|Keeper||Miles Bletchley||Miles Bletchley||Miles Bletchley||Miles Bletchley||?|
|Seeker||Terence Higgs||Draco Malfoy||Draco Malfoy||Draco Malfoy||Draco Malfoy|
As for the guesswork, here's an example. How do we have any idea Bletchley was the Keeper in year five? Or that Pucey returned to replace Flint in the fifth year? I think there should be some more notes and references to clairify how we know some of these things to a resonable doubt. - Deathislife2011 (talk) 20:07, July 16, 2012 (UTC)
