Video games are not usually considered canon unless confirmed by a reliable source. I really don't think the subject of this article should be counted as canon until it is confirmed. brightfur 22:56, January 9, 2011 (UTC)
- The way I understood the policy is that as long as the video games do not contradict a higher canon source (movies, books or JKR herself), then they are canon. --BachLynn(Accio!) 22:59, January 9, 2011 (UTC)
- Exactly. This is canon per our canon policy. -- 23:49, January 9, 2011 (UTC)
- That's exactly what I mean; Hagrid was half-giant, a hex would have bounced right off him. brightfur 17:20, January 10, 2011 (UTC)
Is it me or does this seem remarkably similar to the Bat-Bogey Hex? Both hexes, both have animals emerging from their victims' noses (implied that their bogeys are transfigured)? What would you think if this was changed to Sardine-Bogey Hex?
