Rosier (male) vs Evan Rosier misconception
(Crossposted to Evan Rosier page) Whole page needs a major edit. Rosier (male) is not the older Rosier who accompanied Voldemort to the Hog's Head--he's the younger Rosier in Snape's gang. Rosier (male), of Snape's gang, cannot be Evan Rosier, mentioned by Karkaroff. Karkaroff was captured no earlier than July 1981 based on 1) Lily's letter dating the McKinnon family murders as July 1981 2) Trial memory!Karkaroff didn't know things that happened after he entered Azkaban 3) Trial memory!Karkaroff knew Travers helped kill the McKinnons. Ergo Evan Rosier was killed after Karkaroff entered Azkaban in July 1981 or later, long after Snape's Rosier (male) was killed "the year before Voldemort fell."
