Used on Scabbers/Pettigrew

Any thoughts on this edit that removed Sirius' & Lupin's use on Scabbers? From Harry Potter and the Prisoner of Azkaban, Chapter 19 (The Servant of Lord Voldemort) - "“I think so,” said Lupin, holding Scabbers tightly in one hand and his wand in the other. “On the count of three. One — two — THREE!” A flash of blue-white light erupted from both wands; for a moment, Scabbers was frozen in midair, his small gray form twisting madly — Ron yelled — the rat fell and hit the floor. There was another blinding flash of light and then — It was like watching a speeded-up film of a growing tree..."

So it's not a definitive. Anyone know how LEGO Harry Potter: Years 1-4 provided the first identification of the charm? It doesn't seem to play a role in the Scabbers reveal as seen in this video

As it is now, the page has conflicts with that use being removed, but Sirius & Lupin still listed as practitioners, but POA not listed in Appearances. Thoughts on best fix (restore use, remove practitioners, other?) Thanks --Ironyak1 (talk) 20:21, April 12, 2017 (UTC)

Found the LEGO appearance - it's for the DS Version so that can be made more clear at least. --Ironyak1 (talk) 20:24, April 12, 2017 (UTC)
