"Godric Gryffindor had stolen his sword. This is considered stealing by goblins" Really? I had no idea!

Is there actually any evidence that Ragnuk was a goblin king and not just a normal goblin who had several descendants named after him? Parodist 02:43, July 27, 2011 (UTC)

I did not put it in there - usually too dizzy to word things properly due to allergies so putting all but the easiest changes into talk. But if you got to "The Sword of Gryffindor By J.K. Rowling" on Pottermore it does list him as King.

It is a bit ethnocentric to presume that our ways are the only ways. It seems that the Goblins do not technically sell items so much as they rent them out until the purchaser's death. When you load a book to a device, you are also renting it rather than purchasing it - and the book disappears after a few months. Electronic books have rules even stricter than Goblins do.
