Cubs Fan2007 - are you sure it's Scrimgeour in HBP and not Fudge? I just checked my copy and it says:

Scrimgeour turned slowly on the spot and exchanged an incredulous look with Fudge, who really did manage a smile this time as he said kindly, "The trouble is, the other side can do magic too, Prime Minister."

My reading is that it is Fudge, not Scrimgeour talking the Prime Minister at this point. It reads to me like this - Scrimgeour looks at Fudge, Fudge smiles, then talks to the PM. - Cavalier One^{(Wizarding Wireless Network)} 23:54, 16 January 2008 (UTC)
