Has anyone noticed?

I was re-reading the 3rd book and notice how similar this was to levicorpus. I know that corpus is latin for body, so that makes sense, I just thought that it was weird how they did almost the same thing and they were both used against of at Snape at different times by a Marauders (James in 1976 and Sirius in 1993). And I don't remember Voldemort saying it in the 7th movie. If it was non-verbal then it might just be a possible occurences rather than confirmed.
