Bletchley is either one or two years above Harry, as he was on the team in Philosoper's stone and was still there in Order of the Pheonix. I have removed the bit about Deathly hallows' school year, as Bletchley would have left Hogwarts by then, and Have changed his birth year to c. 1977-1979.
