I dunno how to put this, but pixies, unicorns and dragons are defined as creatures, obviously. But is metamorphmaguses really wizards/witches or are they in the category as creatures? Anyone knows? |

+ | :They are Wizards within an inborn ability, just like Parselmouths or Seers, and that is how they are referenced in this wiki. - [[User:Cavalier One|<span style="color#AA0000">'''Cavalier One'''</span>]]([[User talk:Cavalier One|<span style="color#DDAA00">''Wizarding Wireless Network''</span>]]) 22:31, 11 May 2008 (UTC) |

Can someone refresh my memory - What is said about Teddy Lupin's ability to change his appearance? I don't have any recollection of this. Mafalda Hopkirk 19:20, 19 October 2007 (UTC)
- JK Rowling stated it in a web chat shortly after the release of Deathly Hallows - here's the link [1]. Just search for Teddy or metamorphmagus on the page. - Cavalier One(Wizarding Wireless Network) 19:24, 19 October 2007 (UTC)
- Thank you! Mafalda Hopkirk 19:28, 19 October 2007 (UTC)
I just thought I'd mention this, in case anyone wanted to argue against it; but the article says the ability is learned, when in fact it is not learned. You are born a metamorphmagus; you can't become one. I'll just change it. Kyouraku-taichou 02:32, 10 January 2008 (UTC)
