Are we sure on the info for the nonverbal magic. I think Harry mentions hearing Kingsley whisper something when he wipes Marietta Edgecombe's memory? --Hcoknhoj 08:24, January 7, 2010 (UTC)
- That's right. P.615 of OotP. I've removed it from the article. - Nick O'Demus 08:32, January 7, 2010 (UTC)
Correction on Minister of Magic during Harry's hearing
I changed a name in the article for accuracy.
He was also at the Ministry on the day of Harry's hearing to answer the charge of using magic in front of a Muggle, and staged an argument with fellow Order member Arthur Weasley to protect their covers as Rufus Scrimgeor was asking questions.--This is incorrect; Cornelius Fudge was Minister when Harry went to his hearing.
He was also at the Ministry on the day of Harry's hearing to answer the charge of using magic in front of a Muggle, and staged an argument with fellow Order member Arthur Weasley to protect their covers as Cornelius Fudge was asking questions.--This is what I changed it to, listing the correct Minister of Magic. 220.127.116.11 06:52, January 17, 2010 (UTC)
Scrimgeor was asking questions, because he was head of the auror department, and Kingsley's boss, at the time.Icecreamdif 22:59, March 8, 2010 (UTC)

I think it is a bit of a leap to say that he was able to eliminate all corruption in the MoM. Any organization with humans as members will have corruption. If I recall correctly, JKR said that they removed most of the pure-blood bias which was evidence of corruption. Wva (talk) 21:31, October 16, 2015 (UTC)
