Regarding the 'third rail'

In the 'Behind the Scenes' section it was noted that the railway-line followed by the Hogwarts Express has a third-rail. This is incorrect. The extra rail seen on Glenfinnian Viaduct during the films is a safety-feature used on many British railways at bridges and tight corners. If a trains' wheels come off the track, the third-rail prevents the derailed vehicle from drifting towards the outside edge of the corner. As such I have deleted the reference.

Behind the Scenes/Tonks

Tonks wasn't riding the train as an adult she was simply checking the train before it departed wasn't she? U-No-Poo 16:52, 1 May 2009 (UTC)

Deathly Hallows

In the newest trailer, does anyone have any ideal who the man standing on the railroads with his hand out is? I don't remember this in the book...--Bella Goth 02:42, July 6, 2010 (UTC)Bella Goth

He is most likely a Death Eater. We theorize that this is a scene where Luna is abducted from the Hogwarts Express. --JKochRavenclawcrest(Owl Me!) 02:45, July 6, 2010 (UTC)

Very good theory. I completely forgot about Luna being abducted from the train... Maybe I should reread the book, eh... =P--Bella Goth 04:40, July 6, 2010 (UTC)--Bella Goth 04:40, July 6, 2010 (UTC)Bella Goth

Well... I agree that is a theory but I don't clearly remember the book stating anybody Death Eater on the H.E? I would've remembered this from the books but I don't. Oh well. Should we have a picture there showing the Death Eater about to "stop" the H.E.? KiumaruHamachi 01:24, July 12, 2010 (UTC)KiumaruHamachi

could someone put all the pottermore information on? 18:01, September 18, 2011 (UTC)

Harry Potter's trip to Hogwarts in 1992

Still no word about whether Hermione Granger noticed that Harry Potter and Ronald Weasley (not forgetting Hedwig and Scabbers of course) weren't on the Hogwarts Express before she learned that they'd flown Mr. Weasley's Car to Hogwarts. C.Syde (talk | contribs) 23:53, April 12, 2014 (UTC)
