Incantation[]
While the incantation for the growth charm is never specifically mentioned in the books, movies, or games in Harry Potter, I think I have a reasonable deduction on what it could be. During Harry's 1996 O.W.L., he mixes up the color-changing charm's incantation and the growth charm's. Seeing as the color-changing charm is "Colovaria", a combination of the Latin word for color(either "color" or "colos") and the word for change of vary("varia"), this means that the incantation for the growth charm probably starts with a C and more than two syllables. The Latin word for growing is "crescere", that tells me that the incantation is likely either "Cresere" or "Cresevaria".
