Subject?

How do we know that this a Hogwarts subject, and not just a branch of magic this wizard was particularly interested in getting to when the time came to cover it in a class (most likely Charms, I would assume)? I mean, it's not capitalized. -- 1337star (Drop me a line!) 23:45, January 7, 2013 (UTC)

Do we have any context for the line? Were they actually discussing school classes at the time, or was this just a comment some random student in the game made in passing? ProfessorTofty (talk) 00:18, January 8, 2013 (UTC)
It's just one of the random lines spoken by a student on the Hogwarts Express on the way to school, iirc. Or maybe on the first day there. Their lines are usually fairly topical to what's going on (i.e. they talk about Herbology if you're on your way to a Herbology class, etc.). -- 1337star (Drop me a line!) 00:35, January 8, 2013 (UTC)
In that case, I say, let's go ahead and ditch the stuff about being a subject. In fact, I'm just going to go ahead and do it, I don't see that we even need to wait for a vote. If there's nothing saying that it's a subject, then we can't just draw the conclusion that it is a subject. ProfessorTofty (talk) 00:38, January 8, 2013 (UTC)
