Junior Minister?

What does the term "junior minister" of a department mean for Ministry of Magic? Is it the same thing as Head of the Department? Fudge was junior minister in this department before becoming Minister of Magic. The french translation says that it was "directeur" = Head, but I'm really not sure to understand if it was really exact. --{{SUBST:Utilisateur:Famini71/autosig}} 17:33, December 17, 2009 (UTC) User:Famini71

I was going to ask the same thing and saw that it was already asked a year ago but never answered, soooo anyone? It seems odd to me that this is the only case or mention of a "junior minister" of a department, everywhere else it's "heads" or "employees", and if the French translation is "directeur".........well....anyone? --BachLynnGryffindorcrest(Accio!) 18:14, December 31, 2010 (UTC)

"Accidental Magic Reversal Squad" and "Obliviator Headquarters" are maybe a single division. Arthur Weasley presents an Obliviator as a member of the Accidental Magic Reversal Squad. "Arnold Peasegood, he’s an Obliviator — member of the Accidental Magic Reversal Squad, you know." chap 7, hp4 --{{SUBST:Utilisateur:Famini71/autosig}} 20:56, December 17, 2009 (UTC) User:Famini71
