What about the Department of Mysteries battle?

In Order of the Phoenix, Harry, Luna, Ginny, and others all do magic at the Ministry of Magic, which is definitely not on school grounds. 23skidoo 14:26, February 25, 2010 (UTC)

presence of muggles

I don't understand why Dudley counted as him and his family have already been informed that Harry is a wizard, you would think that in the case of muggle borns or half bloods with a muggle parent, that those muggles wouldn't count in this law. --BachLynnGryffindorcrest(Accio!) 00:13, October 7, 2010 (UTC)

Last point in 'Behind the scenes'

It doesn't really make sense/is unclear. Aaronsclee 22:13, December 25, 2011 (UTC)

underage magic and home-schooling

It is known that Hogwarts attendance is not mandatory, except in 1997 - 98. Is there any canon evidence how home-schooled wizards learn to cast spells. Is their education purely theoretical or is an exception made for them? It may be worth mentioning in the BTS SECTION:--Rodolphus (talk) 18:14, July 25, 2015 (UTC)
