Budleigh Babberton? Edit

I realize our reasoning for assuming that this milkman serves Budleigh Babberton (the milk float and bottles seen in the corresponding level). However, as I recall, the actual milkman himself is also seen in game, as one of the pedestrians roaming the streets of London.
