Quite honestly, apart from the fact that they're called separate names, I fail to see why this and the Tongue-Tying Curse page shouldn't be merged. They're both taught by Gilderoy Lockhart in Harry's second year, they both cause someone to babble (at least, based on the Babbling Curse's name), they both are curses... so what does everyone else think? --Hunniebunn (talk) 14:29, October 7, 2012 (UTC)

Is a merge in order? I know I haven't given long for the community to reply, but it's been bothering me for a while, this topic, and I like making connections (such as that the black haired wizard with the lightning scar is Harry Potter). --Hunniebunn (talk) 14:53, October 7, 2012 (UTC)
I don't think a merge would be needed as J.K. rowling metions them both seperately. 14:59, October 7, 2012 (UTC)
That's true, I suppose. I just found the similarities to be too many for my liking. However, you raise a good point, and I must concur. --Hunniebunn (talk) 15:03, October 7, 2012 (UTC)
