Well, since Slughorn was explicitly stated to have transformed himself into an armchair and you can't untransform yourself, somebody else has to. Consequently, Dumbledore stabbing Slughorn with his wand must have been an untransfiguration. --Hunnie Bunn (talk) 18:26, July 13, 2013 (UTC)

It might be like the Levitation Spell, which has no light and requires that the caster tap the target. Dumbledore was likely doing it nonverbally. --Hunnie Bunn (talk) 19:52, July 13, 2013 (UTC)
