- This article is about an out-of-universe subject. Canon vs. non-canon wouldn't be an issue unless we were considering creating an article about the character. Still, "dance partner" isn't the same "date," so it's possible that Crabbe and Goyle attended stag, but landed partners for one dance (Parvati and Padma abandoned Harry and Ron, their dates, to dance with other boys, and I'm sure other girls did as well). Do the books explicitly state that Crabbe and Goyle sat out the entire Ball, and never danced with anyone? I can't recall. ★ Starstuff (Owl me!) 03:47, July 17, 2010 (UTC)
