Vera Verto Edit

Just wondered, could I add Vera Verto to the list of spells covered, for the following reasons, despite not knowing for certain whether it is actually in there?

1. The book A Beginner's Guide to Transfiguration is clearly seen underneath Ron's rat he transforms when it is in its cup shape.
2. The book teaches first and second year spells and Vera Verto is one such spell.
3. It is already listed as "possibly".
