Surbiton railway station is an underground train station in the world of Muggles located in London. There's a Dine inn or small restaurant where Harry Potter reads the Daily Prophet issue after Death Eaters attack on the Muggle world in 1996. Harry encountered a muggle lady employee or waitress that questioned him about The Daily Prophet and him being one of the headlines. The lady also flirts with Harry.
Also, the station is where Prof. Dumbledore makes an appearance to get Harry and brings him back to the Wizarding World.
