Summers was a Hufflepuff student at Hogwarts School of Witchcraft and Wizardry. In 1994, he tried to cross over the Age Line surrounding the Goblet of Fire to enter his name in the Triwizard Tournament, despite being underage at the time. He was unsuccessful, and ended up in the hospital wing with a long white beard.
