Steffan Rhodri is a Welsh film actor who has also worked frequently in television.[1][2] He portrayed Reginald Cattermole, a Ministry of Magic employee whom Ron Weasley turns into via Polyjuice Potion, in the first part of the film adaptation of Harry Potter and the Deathly Hallows.[3]
