The St. Mungo's Admissions Department is, presumably, a department of St. Mungo's Hospital for Magical Maladies and Injuries that records the pacients who gave entry on the Hospital and their respective injuries or illnesses.

This Department was the source to a question in one Wizards' Ordinary Magic and Basic Aptitude Test, concerning a health scare at the Hospital. [1]
