Bodies of water
- "Harry did not say anything. His thoughts were all of water monsters, of giant serpents, of demons, kelpies, and sprites…"
A sprite is a water monster that resides in large bodies of fresh water, such as lakes. On June 30, 1997, Harry Potter was afraid that one of these creatures could be lurking in the Horcrux cave, showing that these creatures were dangerous.
