Spiky Bush (possibly)

Distinction(s)
  • Big yellow thorns
  • Long brown thorns (wild)

Spiky Prickly Plant are bushes that have thorns. The normal are big and green with big yellow thorns growing out of them. They shoot these spikes whenever felt in harm, as in when a Human gets too close. To get rid of them, it is recommended to use the Severing Charm in order to cut their stems. These plants are covered in second year Herbology classes at Hogwarts School of Witchcraft and Wizardry. However a wild Spiky Prickly Plant have thin stems with a bit green with brown thorns growing out. These cannot shoot the spikes, but one shall not go too near.[1]

Behind the scenes

  • Given the similarity between the two plants, Spiky Bushes and normal Spiky Prickly Plants may be related.
