Conjures a circle of fire |
This spell was used by Quirinus Quirrell in 1992 to conjure a circle of fire in the chamber where the Mirror of Erised and Philosopher's Stone were stored. Quirrell cast the spell nonverbally and wandlessly, summoning the flames with a snap of his fingers to cut off Harry Potter's escape.
Behind the scenes
Edit
- In LEGO Harry Potter: Years 1-4 the chamber also had lava beneath it. Whether this is because of the spell or not, or the spell simply lifts flames from the lava is unknown.
