The Somnambulist Charm is a charm of unknown incantation, used to move unconscious people by inducing somnambulism. This spell is generally used on the seriously deranged[1]

- Severus Snape is placed under this charm after being knocked out in the Shrieking Shack on the original script of Harry Potter and the Prisoner of Azkaban. In the novel, Snape is moved by using the Mobilicorpus spell. In the film, Snape is left behind in the Shack.
