The Snatcher Camp were located in the Forest of Dean by an abandoned viaduct. This camp were used by Snatchers to imprison enemies of the Death Eater-controlled Ministry of Magic, in 1997-1998.
Later when they found out that the imprisoners had left, taking the help from Harry Potter, they left the camp and were not using it when Harry searched for the Sword of Gryffindor. But Harry later found that it was still in use as he and Ron Weasley had to fight several Snatchers on their way back to Hermione Granger in the tent.
