This nurse was employed by Smeltings School in 1994. During that year she wrote "a few well-chosen comments" on Dudley Dursley's school report to inform his parent Vernon and Petunia Dursley that the school outfitters no longer stocked knickerbockers big enough for him anymore. She sent the Dursleys a diet sheet mainly comprising fruit and vegetables as opposed to Dudley's preferred diet which included fizzy drinks cakes, chocolate bars and burgers.
