This nurse was employed by Smeltings Academy in 1994. During that year she wrote "a few well-chosen comments" on Dudley Dursley's school report to inform his parents, Vernon and Petunia Dursley, that the school outfitters no longer stocked knickerbockers big enough for him anymore. She sent the Dursleys a diet sheet mainly comprising fruit and vegetables, which had nothing in common with Dudley's preferred diet of fizzy drinks, cakes, chocolate bars and burgers.
