A Smart-Answer Quill is a type of quill. It supposedly acts like an Auto-Answer Quill, but really they provide humourous, sometimes rude answers, like "Crack open a book dummy!", and other various puns/responses to the asker's question. In 1996 they were sold at Weasleys' Wizard Wheezes.
