Skrifter af Knos was a book that Headmaster Albus Dumbledore kept a copy of in his office in Hogwarts Castle, in the 1990s.[1] Remus Lupin also kept a copy in his office.

Behind the scenes

  • In the Scandinavian languages "Skrifter" is the indefinite plural of "skrift", which is used to refer to a text or any written work. "Af" is the Danish spelling of "by" or "of" it can also be the less recent spelling of the same word in Norwegian (under danish regime) (now spelled"av"). Altogether, this title of this book seems to be, in English, "Writings of Knos".
