Sheila Allen was a British actress who played an unidentified ministry witch in 1994 in the film adaptation of Harry Potter and the Goblet of Fire. [3]
Biography
Sheila Allen was most well known for her role on the television serial Bouquet of Barbed Wire and its sequel Another Bouquet, where she played the character Cassie Manson. She was also a member of the Royal Shakespeare Company for 6 years, from 1966 to 1978.
