This wand belonged to the Death Eater Selwyn. Its wood and core materials are unknown. During the Battle over Little Whinging, Selwyn was forced to give it to Lord Voldemort after Lucius Malfoy's wand, which Voldemort was using at the time, was destroyed by Harry Potter's wand. It is not known if he used another wand after the battle.
