The Secret Muggle Room was a room located on the fifth floor of Hogwarts Castle, hidden behind a television in the Muggle Studies Classroom. The room contained a sofa, a desk, a bookshelf, and a portrait of a couple in love.

In 1991, Peeves stole a copy of the Updated Counter-Curse Handbook from the Hogwarts Library and hid it in this room, having a troll guard it. Upon being cursed with the Curse of the Bogies by Peeves, Harry Potter found this room and defeated the troll, recovering the book and curing his curse.^[1]
