Scumsucker is an insulting term used to describe "Muggle-lovers" - i.e. wizards and witches who do not hold prejudices against and who freely associate with, Muggles and Muggle-borns. This would include those such as Arthur Weasley or Albus Dumbledore, two important members of the Order of the Phoenix.
