Scribblifors is the incantation to a transforming spell that transfigures the target into a quill; it is effective on forks.

Gregory Goyle's fork was the victim of this spell sometime from September 1991 to June 1993, much to his surprise and outrage.

Etymology

From English "scribble" one can derive the prefix "scribbli-", and the -fors suffix is attached to the end.
