Scourers and the Creation of MACUSA was a book written[1] by the American historian[2] Theophilus Abbot concerning the involvement of scourers in the creation of the Magical Congress of the United States of America.

In 1926, the sisters Porpentina Goldstein and Queenie Goldstein owned a copy of the book, which they kept in their New York apartment.[1]
