Salt water is any water in which salt has been dissolved.^[1] All of the world's oceans, including the Atlantic Ocean, Indian Ocean, and Pacific Ocean contain salt water, as do inland seas and some lakes.

Salt water was an ingredient in a curative solution used to treat scale rot in dragons, along with tar and white spirit.^[2]
